[摘　要]　通过梳理大量文献，对PPP模式进行界定，在介绍PPP起源和发展的基础上总结PPP项目风险管理领域内关于风险识别、风险评价和风险分担的研究现状，进行归类和阐释，并进一步指出已有研究的不足及该领域未来的研究方向，为今后学者的研究提供参考。

Abstract: PPP model is defined by massive literature review. Based on introducing the origin and development of PPP, we summarize the research on PPP projects risk management about risk recognition, risk assessment and risk allocation and make a detailed classification and interpretation. Also, we further note the shortage and future research directions in this field, in order to provide a reference for future scholars.
