[摘　要]　EPC总承包项目合同关系复杂，项目执行过程中易发生争议，提高合同条款严谨性是减少争议的最根本手段。从EPC总承包商的角度出发，归纳合同严谨性方面的常见问题，结合项目合同管理实践以案例形式提出解决思路，为EPC总承包商签订EPC总承包合同、编制分包招标文件及签订分包合同提供参考。

Abstract: The contractual relationship of EPC Project is very complex, so the contract dispute normally occurs during the execution of the project. Improving the rigor of the contractual terms is the most basic means to reduce controversy. From the perspective of the EPC contractor, Summary of common problems about rigor on contract, Binding contract management practices and specific cases raised solutions, and provide a reference for EPC contractor to signed EPC contract and preparation tender documents of subcontracting or signed subcontracts.
