[摘　要]　为了增强公租房项目在选址过程中的合理性和科学性，降低选址不当产生的不良后果，针对公租房项目的选址问题，进行了理论方法和技术操作层面的研究。通过对影响公租房项目选址因素的分析，构建用地筛选指标体系和用地优选评价体系，运用模糊层次分析法和熵权理想点法得出了公租房项目的综合选址决策模型，并结合一个算例阐述该模型在实际应用过程中的具体操作方式。通过该模型的应用可以为决策者提供一个合理、科学的决策结果。

Abstract: In order to enhance rationality and science in the location selection process of public rental housing projects, reduce adverse consequences when inappropriately located, we research the methods and technical operations for the issue of location selection of public rental housing projects. Through analyzing the influential factors, we bulid the sites filtration index system and preferable evaluation system, apply fuzzy AHP and entropy weighting ideal point to obtain an integrated location model, and combined with an example to illustrate the specific operation. By applying the model, we can provide decision makers with a rational and scientific decision-making result.
