[摘　要]　在剖析美国LEED评价标准存在不足的基础上，分析建立绿色建筑认证制度的重要性，并从制度建设、技术支撑、认证步骤、认证对象、认证机构、认证模式和保障措施等方面提出构建具有中国特色绿色建筑认证制度的建议。

Abstract: The importance of establishing green building certification system is analyzed based on the research of the American LEED standard in China market. The green building certification system with Chinese characteristics is proposed from the system construction, technical support, authentication steps, object of certification, certification bodies, certification mode and safeguard measures etc.
