[摘　要]　详细介绍了工程项目环境下的知识管理体系、知识管理与其他管理的联系以及知识管理的主要任务。可以相信，通过持续学习，项目团队将不断丰富知识，提高管理水平，改进绩效表现。

Abstract: Knowledge management system in project environment is discussed in details in this paper together with the linkage of knowledge management with other management disciplines and the main tasks of project manager and knowledge manager. Through continuous learning, the capability and performance of a project team will be significantly improved in order to achieve the project success.
