船撞桥风险分析与安全经济决策

[摘 要] 广东九江大桥“6.15”垮塌悲剧引起全社会对船撞桥问题的关注。近年来,我国跨江(河、湖、海)大桥相继建设和投入使用,水运事业快速发展,船撞桥风险也越来越大,因此,船撞桥风险的识别分析与安全经济决策尤为重要。讨论了船撞桥的风险识别和风险准则,对各种船撞桥防范措施进行比较分析,并采用全寿命成本最小原则对船撞桥风险进行评估,提出减少船撞桥风险的安全与经济决策的思路和方法。[关键词] 船撞桥,风险分析,安全经济决策Abstract: The tragedy 6.15 in Guangdong Province, have increased great concern over the problems of Ship-Bridge Collision(SBC).
