[摘　要]　从产业关联角度出发，利用投入产出分析方法，依据我国2010年投入产出延长表通过直接消耗系数、影响力系数和感应度系数具体分析房地产业的产业关联状态。结果显示房地产业虽然是当前投资的热门行业，但是其对国民经济发展的带动力和推动作用都很弱，不宜作为主导产业发展。

Abstract: The article adopts Input-Output model and uses the 2010 Input-Output data. Through the direct input coefficient, Influence coefficient and sensitivity coefficient concrete analysis the industrial correlation of the real estate. It shows that the real estate as the hot investment industries has low arouse function and driving function on the development of national economy. The real estate should not be the leading industry.
