[摘　要]　在研究公共租赁住房政策绩效内涵的基础上，确定公共租赁住房政策绩效评价的指标体系，并通过专家问卷调查法对指标进行筛选，构建基于变异系数赋权法的公共租赁住房政策综合评价模型。选择重庆、深圳、杭州三个城市对公共租赁住房政策绩效评价体系进行实证分析，通过三个城市的数据分析比较，得出实证分析结论与政策性建议。

Abstract: On the basis of the connotation of the performance about public rental housing, the index system of the performance evaluation about public rental housing policy is established. Then, selected indexes through the expert questionnaire, and built the comprehensive assessment model of the performance evaluation about public rental housing based on the variation coefficient method. With the performance evaluation system studied the data from Chongqing, Shenzhen and Hangzhou, got positive conclusions and public rental housing policy, recommendations were proposed.
