[摘　要]　通过文献综述，阐述建设项目信任的本质及信任形成的前因要素，引入利益相关方理论，构建信任关系网络。采用调查问卷，搜集有关数据，对信任关系进行量化研究。使用Ucinet6软件对信任关系网络的密度、点度中心度及中间中心度进行分析，针对分析结果提出各利益相关方处理信任关系的对策。

Abstract: On the foundation of literature review, the trust relationship's nature and elements of construction project was explained, and trust relationship network was built by using the stakeholder theory. Then a quantitative research was hold to describe trust relationship by questionnaires and date colleting .Based on the results of network density and centrality by Ucinet6 software tool, some countermeasures were put forward for different stakeholders.
