[摘　要]　回顾我国三十多年来建筑安装工程费用项目组成及工程造价计价模式的发展历程，比较每次费用项目调整的主要内容，揭示各次调整的政策背景，介绍工程量清单计价模式取代定额计价模式的过程，分析当前工程造价计价模式存在的不足之处，并提出展望与建议。

Abstract: The development history and outlook for the construction and installation expense items and evaluation mode in China more than 30 years is reviewed in this paper. The difference of main items between each adjustment is comparison, and the policy background of each adjustment is also revealed. The change process from evaluation with quota to works bill is introduced. The shortcoming of recent mode of evaluation with works bill is analyzed, outlooks and advices for its development are also presented.
