产业化住宅成本分析

[摘 要] 住宅产业化是我国房地产发展的重要战略,但是高成本却严重制约了住宅产业化的发展。将产业化住宅与传统住宅的全寿命期成本作对比分析,可以发现产业化住宅的高成本主要来自于建造成本。通过对研究住宅产业化的文献进行整理,得出导致住宅产业化初期建造成本大幅度上涨的主要原因,并针对这些原因提出建议以期降低住宅产业化的建造成本,从而实现住宅产业化的进一步发展。

Abstract: Housing industrialization is an important strategy for the development of Real Estate in China, but the high cost has seriously restricted the development of housing industrialization. We can find that High cost of housing industrialization mainly comes from the construction cost by comparing the whole life period cost of housing industrialization with traditional residence. Suggestions are given in order to decrease the cost of the construction of housing industrialization by reviewing the relative literature and connecting with the characteristics of the buildings in our country, hoping to promote the transformation of China's housing industry.
