[摘　要]　提出了在PPP项目融资风险分担过程中应用灰色关联模型，针对PPP融资模式的特征，深入剖析了其融资风险因素，从项目参与方的角度建立多层次评价指标体系，采用灰色关联分析评价参与方对融资风险的承担能力以及承担风险的意愿。

Abstract: In this paper， the model of Gray Relational Analysis is applied in allocation of financing risks of PPP project. It deeply analyses financing risks in term of characteristic of PPP project， establishes multi-level evaluating index system from the perspective of project participants and evaluates capability and willingness of taking financing risks by Gray Relational Analysis.
