[摘　要]　对有形建筑市场的进程进行了回顾，并对其在工程招标投标中所起的作用进行了分析，在此基础上提出了有形建筑市场的完善需要进一步研究、探索和尝试的思路和方法，从而达到促进整个建筑市场又好又快地发展。
