[摘　要]　收集和整理了近年深圳市建筑业发展的相关数据，从对地区经济的贡献、整体实力、从业人数、所有制结构、建筑装饰业五方面分析了深圳市建筑业的发展现状，探讨了建筑业在社会经济发展过程中发生的变化，对把握深圳市建筑业未来的发展方向有一定帮助。

Abstract: This paper basing on the collection and collation of the relevant data about the development of the construction industry in Shenzhen city, analyzes the actuality of development and discusses the change of the construction industry in the social economical development, and it is useful to grasp the direction of the future development of the construction industry in Shenzhen City.
