[摘　要]　如何认清当前国际工程承包市场的形势，使我国建筑承包企业在激烈的国际竞争中立于不败之地，是目前必须要面对的一个问题。本文对国际工程承包市场进行了预测，并指出了目前我国建筑承包企业在国际工程承包市场上的优势和不足，并提出了一系列应对措施。

Abstract: How to have a clear understanding of the current international engineering contracting markets to make China′s construction contracting corporations in invincible position in the face of fierce international competition is the problem needed to confront. In this paper, the authors forecasted the international engineering contracting market, noted the advantages and disadvantages of China′s construction contracting corporations in the international engineering contrcting markets and put forward a series of corresponding measures.
