[摘　要]　实现工程咨询设计企业价值的关键是实现工程信息集成的“好、快、省”。以系统论分析影响工程信息集成的因素包括人的因素、信息技术、管理工具和组织结构。高素质的人、数据化仿真软件、ERP、模块化设计、并行工程和EPC等能够高效地促进工程信息集成，从而能更好地实现咨询设计企业的价值。

Abstract: The key of achieving the worthiness of the modern consulting and design firms is the integrated engineering information actualized high quality， efficiently and economically. On the view of systems analysis， many factors influence the information integrated， including human factor， information technology， management tools and structure of organization. Many factors can improve the engineering information integrated， such as high level person， database emulate software， ERP， modularization design， parallel engineering and EPC etc. Using these factors can achieve the worthiness of the firms more.
