[摘　要]　从国际建筑固体废物资源化研究的前沿入手，归纳了建筑固体废物资源化的方式。以生态经济学的能值价值理论为基础，构建了建筑固体废物资源化价值的评估指标体系，并选择典型建筑固体废物对其资源化产品价值进行了实证研究。

Abstract: Based on the headway of international research on the construction and demolition wastes， this paper sums up the modes of the recycling of construction and demolition wastes. Based on the emergy value theory， this paper establishes indices system to evaluate the value of recycling of construction and demolition wastes and gives a case study on typical construction and demolition wastes.
