[摘　要]　阐释建筑工业化背景下VSM技术的应用，并引入一套适用于建筑业的VSM参数体系，用以描述各个施工过程。通过当前状态的VSM，发现各个施工阶段存在的浪费状况，绘制出未来状态图，采取措施改善进程，同时引入“FIFO”思想和电子看板的方法来解决施工过程的多变性和复杂性，实现精益建造的目的。

Abstract: The paper illustrates industrialized context of the VSM analysis method, introduces a system used to describe various construction process，applies to the construction industry. By use of current state of the VSM, founding the waste of each construction phase, draws the state diagram of the VSM, takes measures to improve the process, introduces the ideas and Signage of the FIFO method to solve the variability and complexity of the construction process to achieve the purpose of lean construction.
