[摘　要]　在当前众多房企争相转向商业地产的背景下,通过分析商业地产资金链构成，研究开发流程下的商业地产资金流动过程，结合商业地产资金链的管理现状及资金投入链、运营链、回笼链等方面出现的问题，寻求政府层面及企业层面的解决对策，促进商业地产可持续健康发展。

Abstract: At present, commercial real estate is hot spot, this paper through the analysis of commercial real estate capital chain structure, studies the process of commercial real estate capital flow. Together with the present situation of capital chain management, seeks countermeasures based on the government level and the enterprise level, to promote the sustainable healthy development of commercial real estate.
