基于综合性能分析的绿色建筑方案设计优化

[摘 要] 绿色建筑以节约资源、保护环境、自然和谐共生为根本目标,其方案设计阶段在考虑建筑本身适用、美观、经济等特性的同时,更需要考虑基于环境和资源的建筑综合性能评价和优化,从而做出科学的决策。在分析绿色建筑方案设计与综合性能评价的关系及方案设计存在的问题,建筑性能模拟的基础上,归纳提取绿色建筑方案设计的影响因素和性能评价指标,建立绿色建筑方案设计优化决策模型,并运用Excel工具对模型求解,通过实例验证其有效性和适用性。

Abstract: The basic object of Green Building is resource-saving, environment-protecting, as well as people and nature co-existing harmoniously. Then its schematic design emphasizes resource and environment-based comprehensive performance assessment and optimization, besides the traditional design principles such as the attributes of function, economic and aesthetic, in order to make a suitable decision. This paper analyzed the relations and existing problems between the schematic design and building comprehensive performance. Based on the simulation of the building performance, the main influence factors and the performance assessment indices were extracted and concluded. Then the Ecotect-TOPSIS optimization model used to optimize the building schematic design was developed. Its validity and rationality was proved by a case study which was calculated by the Excel software.
