[摘　要]　从建筑可持续发展的角度出发，构建旧工业建筑（群）再生利用项目效果评价三级评价指标体系，结合改造实例，引入三元区间数理论对旧工业建筑群再生利用项目效果进行综合评价。研究表明，所建立的指标体系和选用的评价方法能够客观准确地评价旧工业建筑（群）再生利用项目的效果，对同类项目有借鉴性。

Abstract: With the perspective of sustainable development, an old industrial building（group） recycling project effect evaluation index system was constructed. Combining with the practical reconstruction, introduces the old industrial buildings recycling project based on interval numbers of three elements synthetically. The result shows that the established index system and selection of evaluation methods can be objective and accurate evaluation of the old industrial buildings （group） the effect of the recycling project, and help for the similar projects.
