[摘　要]　目前绿色建筑的技术经济评价尚无完善的理论体系。根据生命周期评价、费用/效益分析理论等，基于国家标准——《绿色建筑评价标准》的评价指标，创建绿色建筑的技术经济评价体系，并通过实例进行绿色建筑的技术经济评价，以此进一步完善绿色建筑的评价指标体系。

Abstract: Green buildings evaluation in the technical and economic aspects have been imperfection up to now.In this paper, on the basis of the life cycle assessment, cost/benefit analysis theory, and referencing “Evaluation standard for green building”（GB/T50378-2006）, established the economic performance evaluation system for green buildings. Then, the paper studied the technical economic evaluation of green buildings through the example, and provided the method of the technical and economic evaluation of green buildings.
