[摘　要]　近年来，国际工程公司逐步成为主流工艺技术的主要掌握者。很多工程公司将“兼具专利商身份的承包商”作为自身发展定位，并在知识产权保护方面形成了策略组合。就此重点研究国际工程公司知识产权保护策略，并对其经验和启示进行总结。

Abstract: Recently，the international engineering corporations have gradually become a major player in the field of process technology transferring. Many of them are pursuing the identification of both EPC contractor and licensor，and making strategy portfolios in the field of Intellectual Property Rights Protection. This Paper mainly studies on strategies for intellectual property protection of international engineering company，and summarizes their experiences.
