[摘　要]　受市场价格的波动和各种经济因素的影响，建设成本会有上涨或下降，给项目成本前期估算带来很大的困难。通过实际案例，解释浮动费的形成、施工成本指数、成本上涨的因素、各种成本上涨费的估算方法，最终，建立一个工具应用于项目成本估算和管理。

Abstract: The construction cost is frequently going up or down due to being impacted by the market price fluctuation and the varieties of economic factors. By the study from a real-world case, described the escalation built-up, construction cost index, escalation impact factors, and variety of escalation estimation methods, introduced a tool to estimate and manage the cost escalation in the project cost management.
