[摘　要]　通过与传统工程承包管理模式相比，EPC+IS模式具有结算程序简单、进度款发放快、施工主体各方对工程量争执大为减少等优势。以某矿山建设项目为例，对EPC+IS工程管理模式的具体运作流程进行阐释。

Abstract: By compared with the traditional engineering contracting management model, it is concluded that the model has a settlement procedures, quick progress payment issue, and main body greatly reduced the parties to the dispute of quantities and other advantages. Taking a mine construction project as an example， studies the EPC + IS project management mode of the concrete operation process.
