复杂工程供应链协同决策机制研究

[摘 要] 针对复杂工程供应链决策过程中所存在的问题,提出通过构建协同决策机制来提高决策的效率与效果。在对国内外相关研究进行综述的基础上,提出协同决策机制应遵循多方协作、有效沟通以及利益共享等原则,并对协同决策机制的实施策略进行了详细阐述。最后提出支撑工程供应链协同决策的平台框架结构,旨在为复杂工程供应链建立高效的协同决策机制提供理论支持。

Abstract: According to the problems which exist in the decision-making process of complex construction supply chains, this paper suggests that building collaborative decision-making mechanism can improve the efficiency and effectiveness. We consider that building collaborative decision-making mechanism should obey the principles of multi sided cooperation, effective communication and profit sharing based on the review of recently research status. We provide the implementation strategies of collaborative decision-making mechanism and describe it in detail, and build a platform structure to support decision-making in construction supply chains. The aim of this paper is to provide theoretical foundation to build an efficient decision-making mechanism.
