[摘　要]　重点分析了信息不对称与项目风险的关系，分析表明信息不对称引发的逆向选择问题和道德风险问题是项目风险产生的根源。最后从加强制度建设、建立激励与约束机制、加强诚信建设和建立项目风险预警机制等方面提出了加强项目风险管理的对策。

Abstract: This paper analyses the relationship of information asymmetries and project risk，which indicates that a premium on adverse selection and moral hazard brought by information asymmetries is the essential cause of project risk．This paper presents some countermeasures of resolving information asymmetries in the project risk management such as strengthening regulation，building the mechanism of incentive & constraint，strengthening sincerity，building the mechanism of risk early warning and so on．
