[摘　要]　从资金最本质的属性——流动性、盈利性和安全性角度，结合水电施工工程项目建设周期长、投入成本大、资金周转缓慢的行业特性和某大型水电综合公司在建项目分布全球，跨区域广泛的实际情况，剖析该公司资金集约化管理中存在的问题，并给出相应的对策，以期提升资金集约化管理水平，使之更好地服务公司战略发展。

Abstract: From the capital's essential attributes——liquidity, profitability and security point of view, based on the construction of hydropower project industry characteristics with long construction period, large investment and slow turnover rate, and the actual situation of hydropower construction enterprises that have hundreds of projects in global distribution cross regional wide, analyzes problems existing in capital intensive management, and then gives the corresponding countermeasures, in order to improve capital intensive management level and make it better serve the company's strategic development.
