施工质量控制的过程能力指数研究

[摘 要] 通过研究过程能力指数及其和不合格率之间的关系,结合建筑工程自身质量特点,以检验批为研究对象,根据国家规范中对主控项目和一般项目合格率的不同要求,分别得出适宜于评价主控项目和一般项目施工质量的过程能力指数模型。该模型能够定量地衡量在施工建筑工程的工序质量等级,从而使施工企业尽早发现和改进施工过程中存在的质量问题。[关键词] 施工质量;过程能力指数;主控项目;一般项目Abstract: By studying the relation between process capability indices and failure rate, combining the special characteristics of construction projects, takes inspection lot as research object, comes up with process capability indices model feasible to evaluate dominant items and general items of construction projects according to the different failure rates requires in national standards.
