[摘　要]　为了弥补建筑施工从业人员安全心理研究和应用的不足，首先对建筑施工现场作业人员和现场安检员、监理员，安全管理人员进行岗位分析，确定影响施工安全的23项心理因素。然后通过对心理调查问卷的SPSS数据分析，筛选得到影响较大的14个心理因素，构建建筑施工安全从业人员选拔任用及培训的心理测评指标体系。结合心理干预，应用于建筑施工安全管理中，以从根本上提高建筑施工安全水平。

Abstract: In order to make up for the shortage of research and application on construction practitioners' psychological safety, firstly, the research determine 23 psychological factors affecting construction safety by analyzing the jobs of builders, safety checkers, inspectors and safety officers. Then the study choose14 key factors to be used as the indexes in safety practitioner selection, appointment and training by means of questionnaires and interviews, and establish a construction practitioners psychological evaluation index system. Finally, the research combine the system with psychological intervention achieving the goal of improving construction safety level fundamentally.
