[摘　要]　根据某一综合商业建筑冷热电的设计负荷和使用情况，确定系统设备的配置和运行方案、总投资、年运行收支费；采用动态评价方法，从投资回收期与内部收益率两方面对系统进行经济性分析，得出单位投资和燃料价格与回收期和内部收益率的变化关系。

Abstract: Based on combined cooling, heating and power（CCHP） design load and usage of the device from a comprehensive commercial building, the configuration of system equipment, operation plan, total investment and annual payment were confirmed; by using dynamic evaluation, the economic analysis for the system was performed from payback period and internal rate of return, thus, the relationship among fuel price, unit investment, payback period and internal rate of return was obtained.
