基于价值工程的既有工业建筑改造技术经济评价研究

[摘 要] 基于建设项目全寿命周期评价原理,采用价值工程和层次分析方法来进行既有工业建筑可持续利用改造的技术经济分析。从改造方案的综合效益出发,构建一套综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法赋予不同权重,并从全寿命周期角度考虑成本,然后利用价值工程基本原理对改造方案进行综合评定。最后通过实例说明模型的应用。[关键词] 价值工程,既有工业建筑,改造,层次分析法,综合评价Abstract: Based on the principle of the construction project life cycle, value engineering and AHP method are applied in techno-economic analysis of old industry building renovation. To evaluate the comprehensive benefits of renovation schemes, first, a set of indicators for comprehensive assessment system is built. AHP method is also used to give weights for different indicators. Cost is considered from the aspect of life cycle. Then, we make overall assessment on renovation scheme by means of value engineering.
