[摘　要]　为了有效地发挥工程量清单计价的优势作用，设计适当的合同激励机制是非常关键的。本文结合当前清单合同的实施环境，从合同结构和合同计价类型两方面入手，分析了清单合同选择的基本思路，并从风险、激励等方面指出了清单合同选择的几个关键要素。

Abstract: For taking advantage of BOQ effectively， it is very important to design appropriate incentive mechanism in project contract. Based on the current executive circumstance of BOQ contract， this paper gives elementary analysis for contract selection from contract structure and contract form， and indicates key factors which influence contract selection.
