[摘　要]　以适用于轨道交通BT项目的合同形式为基础，针对BT合同价款构成及支付安排，探讨支付方式、投融资费率及外界资源约束对支付安排的影响。通过算例对不同的支付安排进行比选，结合工程实际提出合理化建议，为城市轨道交通回购契约中的支付条款设计提供理论支持。

Abstract: This paper is based on analysis of contract forms suitable for rail transit BT project, focused on the BT contract price and payment arrangement, and payment schedules influenced by payment patterns, investment and financing rate and external resource constraints are deeply discussed. Through example analysis, a comparison of different payment arrangements has been made. Some reasonable proposals of payment schedule are given in this paper, providing theoretical support for payment terms in repurchase contract of urban rail transit in our country.
