[摘　要]　以马鞍山长江大桥工程为实例，应用现代工程管理理论和网络信息技术，在综合考虑全生命周期各阶段、各参与方及各管理职能基础上，构建马鞍山长江大桥的建设管理体系。探讨马鞍山长江大桥在质量、安全、合同、成本管理和现代信息技术管理的技术实现，以期为我国特大型桥梁工程的管理提供借鉴。

Abstract: Taking the actual situation of Ma'anshan Yangtze River Bridge for example, applying the modern engineering management theory and network information technology, based on considering the project's all phases, all parties involved in and management functions, the construction management system is built. The technology to realize the construction management about the quality management, safety management, cost management and modern information technology and other aspects is explored, in order to provide a reference for the China's major bridge engineering management.
