[摘　要]　对工程监理服务费过低的原因进行分析，认为单一的监理业务限制其价值的升值；工程监理现场管理的主要工作内容决定其不会有过高的服务费；行业的市场饱和决定其服务费的低下；监理行业被动的需求市场使其服务费进一步降低。分析得出，提高监理服务费水平的途径是工程监理业务的横向和纵向拓展。

Abstract: By comprehensively analyzing the reasons for project supervision fees too low, the author thinks that it is the current single supervising business that restricts its service value appreciation; the main operating contents of engineering supervision on-site management determines the service charge couldn't be very high; The industry's market saturation makes the service charge lower; the supervision passive demand market makes supervision the service charge further reduced. One way to improve the level of supervision service is to extend the construction project management in both horizontal and vertical area.
