[摘　要]　建筑工业化是建筑业发展的必然趋势，在分析我国建筑业发展现状、建筑工业化内涵及特点的基础上，提出工厂——现场一体化和工厂——现场两阶段的管理模式，为建筑工业化发展不同阶段的管理提供参考。

Abstract: Construction industrialization is the inevitable trend to the development of construction industry. Based on the analysis of situation of demotic construction industry and connotation and characteristic of construction industrialization, proposes plant-construction site integration and plant-construction site two-stage management modes, provides reference for construction industrialization management in different stage.
