[摘　要]　新清单规范实施以来受到行业从业人员和社会相关方的广泛重视，但在实践中也产生了一些问题。为更好地贯彻执行新清单规范，通过调查问卷选取热点问题，紧密结合规范的有关规定进行深入分析，最后就各个问题提出有针对性的解决措施。

Abstract: The new code of bills of quantities and valuation has received widespread attention from the practitioners and social stakeholders since the implementation, also produces some problems in practice. To better carry out the content and essence of the new code, the author choose several hot issues through questionnaires method, further analysis the hot issues closely with the relevant provisions of the code, puts forward some corresponding solving measures about the hot issues finally.
