[摘　要]　深圳国际低碳城是深圳市新型城市化建设的一次大胆尝试。国际低碳城的建设为我国摸索了一条城市发展和产业发展融合、资源开发和生态文明结合的城市发展新路。在国际低碳城发展过程中，要突出物质文明与精神文明齐头并进：在硬件建设过程中，要突出低碳产业建设，加速产城融合，建立和完善“低碳智慧城区”的创新建设模式；在软件建设过程中，则应把推进新型社会管理模式作为重点，以文化建设为龙头，打造宜居宜业、绿色低碳的新型城区，为我国的城市化建设闯出一条新路。

Abstract: Shenzhen international low carbon city is a bold attempt of new urbanization process.  The construction of international low-carbon city worked out a new way of urban development which are a fusion of urban development and industrial development, as well as a merger of resource development and ecological civilization. As further development of the international low carbon city is coming, harmonious development of material civilization and spiritual civilization become more and more important. In material civilization develop process, the construction of low-carbon industries, the integration of city and industry, improve the "wisdom & low-carbon city" construction mode must be highlighted. Whereas, social management and ecological culture are both key points in spiritual civilization develop process.
