深圳国际低碳城环境气候图集编制方法与应用技术研究

[摘 要] 城市气候与城市规划建设联系紧密,城市化地区的大规模建设使城市下垫面性质发生转变,从而引发城市气候环境的改变,其负面改变又制约和影响着城市建设与市民生活。城市环境气候图作为城市规划与城市气候研究的桥梁,可以补足规划建设过程中城市气候因素的缺失,将城市通风、热负荷、空气污染等制约因子转化为易于理解和操作的形式,为可持续的城市规划建设提供依据。本文以深圳国际低碳城为研究区,探索城市环境气候图集的编制方法与应用技术,并通过多种技术方法进行综合与校核,得出由三个部分构成的环境气候图集成果,为深圳国际低碳城的规划建设提供可操作性建议。[关键词] 深圳国际低碳城;城市环境气候图集;编制方法;应用技术Abstract: Urban climate and urban planning are closely linked. Large-scale urban construction make urban land surface changed and causing a series of urban climate issues. Negative changes has affected urban construction and public life. Urban climate map can be a bridge between urban planning and urban climate research. It can make up the lack of consideration in urban climatic factors during urban construction and translate urban ventilation, heat load, air pollution and other constraints into a form that is easily to understand and operate. It also can provide some basis for sustainable urban planning and construction. In this research, taking Shenzhen international low carbon city as the study area, establishes a framework for the overall and local levels, explores the compiling method and application technology of urban climate atlas, integrates with a variety of technical methods and then gets the three-parts urban climate atlas which can provide operational recommendations for Shenzhen international low carbon city.Key words: Shenzhen international low carbon city; urban climate atlas; compilation method; application technology[参考文献][1]Baumüller, J., Flassak, T., Sch?dler, G. et.al.
