[摘　要]　分析深圳国际低碳城的客家围屋改造经验，强调在城市历史遗产保护工作中应坚持“修旧如旧”的原则，践行低碳理念，还应重视原住民的发展诉求，寻求多方共赢的发展之道。

Abstract: By analysis of project cases of low carbon city Hakka Round House transformation, emphasizes in the city historical heritage protection work should adhere to the “repair old as the old” principle, practice the low carbon concept, should also attach importance to the development of indigenous demands, seeking a win-win solution.
