[摘　要]　深圳国际低碳城建设中所使用的一款新型集成房屋具有对基础要求低、建造速度快、周转次数多、使用寿命长、可移动搬迁、拆装无损耗、无建筑垃圾等优点。分析发现：该集成房屋其设计、建造、使用和拆除的全寿命周期内，均很好地诠释了建筑工业化和绿色施工的低碳理念，可广泛应用于需快速建造并投入使用的工程领域，有利于城镇化的滚动式低碳建设。

Abstract: Introduced the use of Shenzhen international low carbon city in the construction of a new integrated housing design, production and construction process, the integration of the housing has the advantages of low requirement for foundation, quick construction, multiple turnover times, long service life, and can be moved, no loss, no building rubbish. Its design, the construction, use and dismantling of the entire life cycle, are very good interpretation of the industrialization of construction and green construction low carbon concept, can be used for rapid construction and put into use in the field, conducive to the rolling of low carbon urbanization construction.
