[摘　要]　从分析我国廉租房建设资金现状出发，简要介绍城市经营的内涵及经营模式，进而分析城市经营在我国廉租房建设中应用的可行性和运作模式，探讨廉租房建设融资的新模式。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the present situation of low-rent house construction fund in China， introduces the connotation and the management pattern of city management briefly， then analyzes the application feasibility and the operation pattern of the city management in our country′s low-rent house construction， and discusses the new pattern of low-rent house construction financing.
