[摘　要]　深圳国际低碳城会展中心是国内首个集环保、节能功能于一体的多功能会展中心。在项目建设过程中不仅注重建筑物本身的低碳技术，同时注重低碳、绿色施工，力争做到全过程的低碳。结合该项目工程概况，介绍针对噪声、光污染、固体废弃物、废水等多个方面设计的有针对性的管理方法和减排技术，使建设工程能够在保证工期与质量的前提下，最大程度地减少施工过程中的污染与排放。

Abstract: Shenzhen international low carbon city exhibition center is the first set of environmental protection, energy-saving multi-functional exhibition center. In the process of project construction not only focuses on low carbon technology building itself, but also pays attention to low carbon construction, and strives to achieve low carbon process. This paper mainly introduces the process of project construction, in many aspects of noise, light pollution, solid waste, wastewater and other design targeted management methods and technology, so that construction can guarantee the construction period and quality and reduce construction pollution.
