[摘　要]　基于深圳国际低碳城的建设背景以及公共建筑低碳化的重要作用，重点探讨深圳国际低碳城会展中心建设项目在室外环境系统、绿色交通系统、水资源利用系统、能源利用系统、高效维护系统、高效设备系统、结构形体系统、绿色建筑系统、室内环境系统及运维管理系统等十大系统中应用的97项低碳技术，并从技术和政策两个方面讨论进一步推广应用低碳技术的条件和方法。

Abstract: Based on the background of Shenzhen international low carbon city and the important function of low-carbon in public buildings, analyses the 97 low carbon technologies applied in 10 systems, including outdoor environmental systems, green transportation systems, water use systems, energy systems, efficient maintenance systems, efficient equipment systems, structure systems, green building systems, indoor environmental systems and the operation and maintenance management system, in Shenzhen international low carbon city exhibition center construction project, and discusses the conditions and methods of promoting the use of low-carbon technologies from both technical and policy.
