[摘　要]　介绍深圳国际低碳城项目的启动背景，诠释低碳城的规划定位，对国际低碳城首期标志性项目——低碳城会展中心项目的建设历程进行回顾，并基于此对低碳城后续发展、建设提出思考和展望。

Abstract: Describes the background of Shenzhen international low carbon city project, explains it's planning goal positioning, reviews the construction course of the low carbon city exhibition center, which is the iconic building of Shenzhen international low carbon city, as well as looks into the future of low carbon city developing and construction.
