[摘　要]　结合建筑企业特点，构建由知识链与价值链有机整合而成的新型知识价值链模型。模型依托知识流动实现知识链与价值链间的互动，促进知识与价值的双重增值，最终提升建筑企业核心竞争力。

Abstract: Combined with features of construction enterprises，a new knowledge-value chain model is organically compounded of knowledge chain and value chain. Knowledge flow in the model enables the reaction between knowledge chain and value chain, realizes the dual value-adding of knowledge and value, and enhances the core competence of construction enterprises eventually.
