绿色建筑全生命周期成本效益评价研究—基于碳排放量的角度

[摘 要] 深入分析绿色建筑在全生命周期的成本和效益,建立一套全新评价指标体系,该体系将碳排放量纳入到考量范围之内,并在指标体系的基础上给出评价指标的量化方法。同时将政府对碳排放量减排的奖励也作为绿色建筑环境效益评价指标,给出绿色建筑全生命周期中各项活动、消耗的碳排放量减量的具体计算方法。[关键词] 绿色建筑;生命周期;评价体系;碳排放Abstract: Established a carbon emission involved cost benefit assessment system through the life cycle of the Green Buildings after analyzing their costs and benefits. And all the indexes in the system were quantified with certain method.
