[摘　要]　在经营性项目建设征地中引入入股安置模式，讨论其适用条件和实施方案。采用了文献资料法、系统研究法、有无对比法和技术经济分析法，对入股安置模式概念、基本特点和适用条件以及具体实施方案制订中的关键环节和相关案例进行了研究。入股安置模式在经营性项目建设征地中具备可行性和适用性，相比传统安置模式具有更为良好的安置效果。为推动入股安置模式的全面实施，还需要从理论基础、配套法规建设以及完备实施方案等方面进一步展开研究。

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to introduce stockholder resettlement mode to the land acquisition of profit-oriented project， to discuss its applicable condition and implementation scheme. Methods of documentation， systematic research， contrast and technical economics were employed. Results show the definition， characteristics， applicable conditions of stockholder resettlement mode. The key factors of implementation were reviewed and the relevant case was studied. Stockholder resettlement mode is feasible and applicable in profit-oriented project with better resettlement effect compared with the traditional resettlement mode. In order to accelerate the implementation of stockholder settlement， the rationale， matching laws and schemes should be further studied.
