[摘　要]　在充分考虑中西文化差异和信任双向性的基础上，参考已有文献，提出信任和合同控制的结构模型并进行验证。实证结果发现，业主方对承包方的信任度愈高，其合同控制强度愈低；而业主方实施的合同控制强度过高时，就会降低承包方对业主方的信任程度。

Abstract: Considering the cultural differences and trust bi-directionality, puts forward the improved trust-contractl model. The results show that, the higher owners' trust, the weaker owners' contractual control. If owners' contractual control is too high, contractors' trust will reduce.
